Hi,

I've installed Squid in several servers and in all of them squid starts
ok, but don't cache to disk.

Looking at cache.log i find this everytime Squid is started:

"2004/09/27 17:29:35| Accepting HTTP connections at 192.168.1.1, port
3128, FD 10.
2004/09/27 17:29:35| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 11 to
192.168.1.1:3128: (98) Address already in use
2004/09/27 17:29:35| Accepting ICP messages at 0.0.0.0, port 3130, FD 11."

No, port 3128 was not being used by any process.
Tried with other ports and the result is always the same.

My version is 2.5.STABLE3. WBEL RPM.

I'm driving nuts. I'm no Squid guru, but i think the configuration i
have, should work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Warm Regards,
Mário Gamito
