[squid-users] Help with setting up upstream proxy with auth

Greetings,
I need to make my squid talk to an upstream proxy (another squid) that does not
support ICP. This proxy also requires authentication. The upstream proxy
listens on port 3128. I looked at the squid.conf file but could not figure out
how I might do this, I would appreciate help in this regard.
