acl download urlpath_regex \.exe$ \.exe\?.*$
http_access download weekend
http_access deny all
\.exe\?.*$ will block any parameter after .exe like
http://www.url.com/file.exe? Will
block by squid and
\.exe$ wil block siple url wit out "?"
