Ah yeah Ta. I checked the docs and see that I can do it with an ACL and
cache_peer_access probably.

What about if all the user connects are to port 80 of the Squid cache
for _both_ HTTP and HTTPS traffic - can an ACL look for the https://
part of the url with a url_regex? It's because the downstream
content-checker talks to its upstream (Squid) only on port 80.

Sorry - I've not done too much with ACLs and there aren't many exampls
in the docs.
