Squid does deliver the content as soon as it is received unless there is
a HTTP protocol violation confusing Squid.
Note: Squid-2.5.STABLE7 and earlier does wait until the page is complete
if the server responds with an obsolete HTTP/0.9 response without any HTTP
headers or status code...
