What does "netstat -tlpn" show? (The switches specify: TCP, listening,
process, numbers only).

Last time I tried I got:-

[crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address
127.0.0.1 port 80
[error] Cannot remove module mod_php4.c: not found in module list
