No its not squid problem since It was working fine untill someone somewhere
pushed a button to launch some update or upgrade if they call it to
Msn.hotmail or IE which are totally dependent ......

Nevertheless If u can find another Proxy cacheing engine that can go
transparently the way squid or Oops does ....

I am using oops also and i have the same problem so if there is any help or
WORKAROUND related to "Oops" i would appreciate that .
