I test my smb.conf with :
 ./testparm -s
Load smb config files from /usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf
Processing section "[homes]"
Processing section "[printers]"
Loaded services file OK.
# Global parameters
[global]
        workgroup = MYLAN
        server string = Netmon
        security = DOMAIN
        password server = MYPDC
        log file = /usr/local/samba/var/log.%m
        max log size = 50
        load printers = No
        dns proxy = No
        wins server = 10.3.67.222
        idmap uid = 10000-20000
        idmap gid = 10000-20000
        winbind use default domain = Yes
        hosts allow = 10.0.1., 10.0.2., 10.0.3., 10.0.4.

[homes]
        comment = Home Directories
        read only = No
        browseable = No

[printers]
        comment = All Printers
        path = /usr/spool/samba
        printable = Yes
        browseable = No

So where is my mistake. It is for sure I have made somewhere a mistake but
can you see locate it?

This looks like a configuration error in smb.conf.
You might want to check it using "testparm" or similar tools.
