In that case the site is sending invalid freshness informations. Note that
squid caches content, only if it has Expire: header, or a web server says
"not modified" for the requested content and data on squid (usually
identified by If-Modified-Since and ETag headers)

I think that fixing the web server to provide corerct informacions is much
better than forcing squid not to cache the data.
