I've got the same problem, but playing with refresh_pattern (setting
something different from refresh_pattern . 0 20% 1440) I could get
many more SWAPOUT.
Isn't it too short setting 0 as minumum fresh time for an object without
expiry-time?!!? What would the best settings be?!!?
