[squid-users] Authentication and Usernames

Im using Squidanalyzer and my users authenticate againts an AD, works
ok.
The problem its the logs of Squid sometimes shows the username and
sometimes the IP. Why?

and, can i force it to show only the usernames? or i have to modify the
password cache time?<- would this work?
