[squid-users] sarg: IP address in USERID field in stead of user name

I am using sarg-1.4.1
In Squid User Access Report , I few IP addresses are appearing in
USERID field in stead of user name. Anyone can figure out the problem.

Our users are being authentivated using ncsa. Corresponding acl is -

http_access allow allowedip ncsa_users Safe_ports
