Then you may need to use "Control+Reload" or "Shift+Reload" to force a
reload of changed pages.

You should suggest to the site maintainer that they should run with a
reasonably correct clock setting. This makes life for caches (both shared
like Squid and private as in the browser caches) considerably more
accurate.
