Hi all,

My cache directory is 25 Gig and I already used 14 Gig. Based on my
configuration when it reaches 20 Gig it is mark as low and 21.25 Gig it is
mark high.My questions are: Am I correct on the above statement? Based on my
config what will happen it it reaches the critical level? Will squid
automatically deletes objects for me?

Below are some config. that probably you need to know.

cache_swap_low 80
cache_swap_high 85
cache_replacement_policy heap GDSF
memory_replacement_policy heap GDSF
cache_dir diskd /cache1/spool/squid 25000 16 256 Q1=500 Q2=512
cache_dir diskd /cache2/spool/squid 25000 16 256 Q1=500 Q2=512
cache_dir diskd /cache3/spool/squid 25000 16 256 Q1=500 Q2=512

Thank you very much,

Wennie
