bunyip:/Users/rosco/Desktop/squid-2.5.STABLE10 root# ./configure
loading cache ./config.cache
checking for a BSD compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for mawk... no
checking for gawk... no
checking for nawk... no
checking for awk... awk
checking whether make sets ${MAKE}... no
checking whether to enable maintainer-specific portions of
Makefiles... no
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

I seem to have the compiler (that all these .pkg's?) so I guess a
path is wrong somewhere? Can someone please give me a clue? 8-)

bunyip:/Users/rosco/Desktop/squid-2.5.STABLE10 root# locate gcc
/Applications/Installers/Xcode Tools/Packages/gcc2.95.2.pkg
/Applications/Installers/Xcode Tools/Packages/gcc2.95.2.pkg/Contents
etc. (a lot more like that)

Thanks...

Ross Slade
