[squid-users] blocking msn only for specified users

Hello,

     The Scenario of myu squid is as:
I am using Delay pools in my squid and many users are accessing 2K
band link (which is my delay pool link). Now i want to restrict all
users on 2k link so they can't use Msn-Messenger.

Anyway i have found the idea to block msn-messenger , but for
specified users still don't know how to block specified users...
