and Mr Asim Hafeez `1st off all tell us wich kind of downlink service
u are using if u are using proxy based downlink
then use cache_peer
let see u are using opensky
then its cache_peer would be link this

cache_peer 193.251.135.100 parent 8080 0 no-query
acl all src 0.0.0.0/.0.0.0.0
never_direct allow all
# 193.251.135.100 is opensky c3 transponders IP
