ok. that's odd because dans normally just works. ;-)

i'd strip it down to basics so on dansguardian i'd change your proxy ip to be localhost-

proxyip = 127.0.0.1

i wonder if there's an acl blocking dansguardian access through squid, so i'd setup a second config file for testing or amend your existing one so the only acl is to allow full access (as the filtering is done by dansg- once it works you can change http_port to localhost:3128 which forces access through dansguardian)

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
http_port 3128
http_access allow all

and (silly question) do you get any errors when you start dansguardian?
