Sorry, in my previous message, I have missed this detail.

I think that there is no way to solve your problem using a single
NTLM proxy server.
Two possible solutions:

- Use a single Proxy with basic authentication, not transparent to users.
- Use a distributed Proxy hierarchy with NTLM authentication. In this
solution you could evaluate too the Windows port of Squid.
