 No, since the filesystem only holds objects which squid has
decided to cache already. These topics are unrelated , totally.

 Note that caching stats mainly depend on what your users are doing.
 You may tweak :

         refresh_pattern

 in squid.conf.

 See squid.conf.default for more info on this parameter.
