That's mostly a feature of your web browser. It can open multiple
connections to Squid and requests objects in parallel.

Since Squid doesn't look at <img> tags or whatever of a HTML page it
won't be able to "prefetch" anything for you. Actually it doesn't
understand any HTML at all.
