[squid-users] Question on acl files

I am trying to create an active file with users ip address that I would like
to suspend. I have:

acl SuspendIpList src "/etc/squid/SuspendIpList.txt"
http_access deny SuspendIpList

and it works if I restart squid each time I edit the file. Is there a way
to have squid re-read the file on a regular interval without starting and
stopping squid?
