This value is meant to give a reasonable estimate of the number of actual
users of the proxy "today".

The period is not fixed or even the same for all users. Instead it varies
depending on how active each clients have been and the total load on your
proxy server. Clients who have only sent one or very few requests is
quickly forgotten, while clients who have sent very many requests may stay
in the statistics for up to 24 hours after their last request.

The reason to the above is that this statistics is connected with the
cliendb statistics database keeping track of who has been using the proxy.
To preserve resources the clientdb is garbage collected forgetting about
"uninteresting" clients.

Too many factors involved to give a "sure" answer.
