[squid-users] URL re-writing

I figured I didn't ask my question very well last time, so I'd try again.

With Squid, is it possible to do URL rewriting?

In other words, if somebody from the outside accesses
http://www.someaddress.com/machine1, can this be proxied to
http://192.168.2.1:12345?

I am able to do this with 1 machine in accelerator mode. But how would I do
this for several different machines?
