[squid-users] how max-conn= option work after limit exceed

 Hello!
  I'm use max-conn=20 option because my parent cache cannot serve more that
 20 TCP connections.
  On parent proxy forwarded queries for only some files detected by ACL.
Some
 other files processed in the normal fashion.
  Question is: other TCP connections (>20) breaked, or processed in the
  normal fashion (as some other files that not queried via parent)??
