Hi there,
Well i'm runnin' Gentoo 2005:
Linux Nightwish 2.4.31-hardened #4 SMP Tue Nov 15 19:28:49 UTC 2005 i686
Pentium III (Katmai) GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
Some time ago i needed to "reinstall" my server, because of HDD
fail. Then i decided to run it on Gentoo distr. Everything was going fine
till i decided finally to run squid again to have "100% workin'" old
server. The hard way started here. Squid haven't ever been running on
this machine. I couldn't get it working. Because this error:

2005/11/17 02:12:26| Unlinkd pipe opened on FD 10
2005/11/17 02:12:26| assertion failed: StatHist.c:91: "statHistBin(H,
max) == H->capacity - 1"

First i thought that might be something wrong with kernel version or
anything. But on other machine parrarel installed system works fine.
Except one diffrence (PIV-CELERON processor on the second one.)
Truely - i have no idea what might be wrong. I read this error is caused
by math.h, but - i'm absolutly sure that squid finds it and complies
alright. So whats wrong ?! I'm fighting with this for about month and
still got no clue.
Any help would be great.Squid's configuration doesn't make any diffrence
(i have 6 squid machines running well on gentoo distr. with various
hardware. Only this one is "deffective")

Adam Pokora
