A "public proxy" sounds like a proxy that is available for everyone. This
is generally a bad idea because you are likely held responsible for all
requests going through your proxy. So I wondered why someone would try get
into trouble voluntarily. Depending on your network topology you will
surely find a useful way to use it (even if it is just for yourself). But
public proxies...
