[squid-users] squid with ipfw

i want to use squid in transparent mode
and getting error in ipfw while i enter
ipfw add 102 fwd 3128 tcp from any to any 80

ipfw: getsockopt(IP_FW_ADD): Invalid argument

Is it necessary to recompile kernel ?
any suggestion ?
