Works fine here... 2.5.STABLE12, using the default internal DNS resolver
(no
--disable-internal-dns option).

but stricly speaking it's not a valid host name (host
names must begin with a letter or digit..).

Does nslookup of the site work on your server?

   nslookup
   -kol.deviantart.com

or

   host -- -kol.deviantart.com
