[squid-users] make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

tried to recompile squid to allow diskd io squid 2.5.STABLE7 OSX

./configure --enable-storeio=diskd,ufs

I'm currently running ufs. faq said i shouldn't have to change
anything other than recompile.
thoughts suggestions flames welcome
