[squid-users] Traffic redirection

Dear all,

Is there a way to redirect traffic of Yahoo.com and
some other site to other squid proxy server which is
on other Internet Connection (ISP)
Ex: 1
Squid Server 1 (ISP 1) and Squid Server 2 (ISP 2)
Requirement : Users from Squid Server 1 is surfing
Yahoo.com that traffic will redirect to Squid Server
2.

is it possible?
