yes, but not easily and with heavy restrictions on how you may build
your network.

THere is two alternative approaches:

a) The TPROXY patch. Linux only, and Squid must be running on the
router.

b) tcp_outgoing_address + NAT. Available on most platforms but more
complex to configure, but at the same time only requires all traffic to
pass via a fully NAT capable router (i.e. the proxy can be separate).
