Remove --with-large-files. Not needed on 64-bit OS:es and actually
causes your binary to be built as a 32-bit with support for 64-bit files
unless you also tell it to use a 64-bit build environment.

I would also recommend you to upgrade to 2.5.STABLE13. There was some
small 64-bit fixes when I bought my 64-bit box.. (the old PIII 800Mhz
laptop I used before is completely worn out..)
