Without doing the .db files it works. Using them now it doesn't. Here is
the conf file, very basic.

logdir /usr/local/squidGuard/log
dbhome /usr/local/squidGuard/db

destination adult {
        log adult
        domainlist adult/domains
        urllist adult/urls
}

destination porn {
        log porn
        domainlist porn/domains
        urllist porn/urls
}

acl {

    default {
        pass !adult !porn all
        redirect
http://localhost/errors/aclerror.php?clientaddr=%a&clientname=%n&clientu
ser=%i&clientgroup=%s&url=%u&targetgroup=%t
    }

}
