I did the same, but CPU load did not decrease significantly, Why?

Hi,
 At the end I did get it running. The load dropped massively. To about 16%cpu at 400req/sec. (originaly 100%cpu).
 If there are no other problems with it. I would realy suggest it to everyone who has CPU problem.
