At this point you need to run ./bootstrap.sh

In order to do so, you need autoconf 2.13 and automake 1.5. You can
find both at http://mirrors.kernel.org/gnu/
<http://mirrors.kernel.org/gnu/autoconf/autoconf-2.13.tar.gz> and can
install both in parallel with what you already have on your system.
Then continue on as normal.
