Here is my current situation, I remove the ip_gre module, and now I'm
just using the ip_wccp.o module cache redirection seems to working on
the Cisco side but I'm getting an invalid request page request on
page views through wget or through a web browser

Connecting to www.aol.com[64.12.128.2]:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 400 Bad Request
18:33:08 ERROR 400: Bad Request.

It looks like wccp is dropping the host portion and not sending it
back to Squid

is this a bug ?
