You have to tell snmpwalk to load the squid mib.
and look for the relevant OID.

snmpwalk host:3401 -v 1 -c public .1.3.6.1.4.1.3495 -m squid_mib.txt

Previous to this command you have to configure the snmp access in your
squid.conf
