[squid-users] FW: using Squid as a proxy server

PLeeeeez help, I have a 2003 server domain and 40 users in a call center,
can ANYONE help me with the below query???

Hi,
I am new to squid and have a new client that apparently has a squid proxy
that is not working, can anyone tell me how to even begin to fix this
problem, and get there proxy up and running again? I am absolute
clueless????
