This WSUS server works only on LAN where PC are connected to the Window
domain control server, If I am not wrong ?

Is there any way to send request from the Microsoft ISA server/ squid to
WSUS server otherwise, I dont think this BITS/WSUS server doesnt serve the
purpose for big network like ISPs.

More details on this is appreciated,
