OK, now the problem is clear.
The mswin_check_lm_group provided with 2.6 is the 2.5 one, it should
be the version developed for Squid 3.0, with a different input parsing.

As temporary work around, you should able to run this binary adding
the "protocol=2.5" option to the external_acl_type definition.

I will fix this ASAP, in a few of hours I will post new updated packages.
