That's because I have winbind use default domain = yes in smb.conf.
However even with winbind use default domain = no in smb.conf,
wbinfo_group.pl still errors:

Debugging mode ON.
Got 0 CORP%5cadministrator Internet_Access_None from squid
Could not convert sid S-1-5-21-789336058-725345543-682003330-500 to gid
User: -0-
Group: -CORP\administrator-
SID: -S-1-5-21-789336058-725345543-682003330-500-

Could not get groups for user 0
