[squid-users] browsing stop when delaypools reach limit

dear all,

i notice this problem since squid 2.6 launched that is browsing stop
when delaypools reached limit.

if i download file that reach bandwith limit i almost cant do brwsing
to any other site except i stop my download session.

right now i downgrade all my server to squid 2.5_stable_13 for
delaypolls working properly.

my system is OpenBSD 3.9
