[squid-users] accounting with squid

Hi,

We want to set up a kind of accounting for your users, i.e. depending on
the data volume (kB) we want to charge them.

Prerequisites are authentication (we are using NTLM) and to get the data
volume for every request.

Any idea how this can be realised?
