Hello..

My system is below.

-. kernel 2.6.17, Centos based
-. CPU : AMD Opteron 275
-. Memory:
# free -t
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 4117920 3493796 624124 0 34128 1898224
-/+ buffers/cache: 1561444 2556476
Swap: 2048276 1156876 891400
Total: 6166196 4650672 1515524

I have set COSS at squid.conf like below

cache_dir coss /home/coss 25000 block-size=2048 max-size=1000000
membufs=500

Some later, I can see this log at /var/log/squid/cache.log

storeCossCreateMemOnlyBuf: no free membufs. You may need to increase the
value of membufs on the /home/coss cache_dir

What should I do to solve this problem...??
Just changing the membufs value to 600, 700. or 800 can solve this
problem??

Thanks...
