I think so. Or actually I am sure so is the case.. The HTCP
implementation still is a bit experimental and still only checks if the
requested URL is in the cache, not if there is a cached variant valid
for the specific request.

You'll probably have to wait for 3.1 or 3.2 before HTCP does a full
cache lookup.
