As I said, the site will work if you disable TCP timestamps, or at least
does for me. For Linux see

The problem is not that the server has an old TCP/IP implementation, the
problem is that they have something infront of the site which gets
confused by modern TCP/IP. Most likely either a firewall or a load
balancer with a broken firmware.
