the traffic is sent using hosts table

#cache ip ----- site
192.168.1.1 example.com

I am using in my squid configurantion
http_port 192.168.1.1:80

but is not working, I saw in log files:

1165252993.886 0 172.26.8.20 TCP_DENIED/403 1460 GET http://server6-1/index.htm - NONE/- text/html

when I change squid to "http_port 192.168.1.1:80 transparent", mosts requests pass without problems, but I had some problems in 302 messages.
