[squid-users] Question about setting for caching stale pages

Hi all. Doees anyone know which setting we can use to
set the refresh factor Squid uses for website. For
example, CNN updates their website minutes sometimes.
We want to avoid caching pages that are updated that
often. What setting do we use in squid?

And we have another question. Can we set squid to not
cache pages that require login that are using HTTP?
Such as message boards.
