Dear All,

All my squid servers are having problem while accessing this site:
proton.com

I get the following error:

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.proton.com/index.html

The following error was encountered:

    * Connection to 202.157.177.117 Failed

The system returned:

    (61) Connection refused

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

However, using telnet I get the following:

telnet proton.com 80
Trying 202.157.177.117...
Connected to proton.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
GET / HTTP/1.0

HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0,
pre-check=0 Pragma: no-cache
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html

Can I solve this problem by using some kind of refresh pattern or is
this something else?

Thanks in advance !
